Reading Time: 3 minutes

Hi, all! It’s been a minute, and I was thinking of posts that may be interesting to you! Here are my natural skin care favorites!

I have Tea Tree Oil, Bentonite Clay, Hemp Hand Cream, Natural Deodorant, Shea Butter, and Rose Water! Let’s get into it!

The Tea Tree oil I have is from The Body Shop.  I use this wonderful bottle of magic as a spot treatment. 2-3 drops on a cotton swap are great for my hormonal acne. It’s also great for treating dark spots. The Body Shop’s line of Tea Tree Oil is made responsibly with Community Fair Trade. I also know the oil is pure and its leaves are grown in Mount Kenya. Click here to check out their Tea Tree line!

Another from the Body Shop is this Hemp Han Protector Hand Cream. It’s made for dry skin and much loved from me in the winter. It’s also made with Community Fair Trade Hemp Seed Oil and Dermatologist tested. I use this at night after washing my hands from my skin routine.

This 100% Natural Calcium Bentonite Clay from Aztec Secret ‘Indian Healing Clay’ is one of the loves of my life. It’s pretty cheap for the amount of clay you receive, which is a pound. You can mix this clay with water or apple cider vinegar (which I recommend) to make a nice mask. You can place it on your face, your hair and I even use it under my arms.

Pits, Pits Pits! This natural deodorant I have is called Primal Pit Paste, and I have the lavender scent. I have recently switched from Degree, antiperspirant and deodorant, to this deodorant. I know you are thinking “Sterling, what’s the reason for the switch?” The purpose of this switch is I realize antiperspirant isn’t good for our bodies and it blocks the body’s natural reaction to sweat.

I will be doing an in-depth post and review on it soon. I am going through the detox period, where my body catches up and sweats out all the blockage from the antiperspirant. Click here if you want to check it out!

For all those kinds of butter out there, Ms. Shea is my favorite! It works better for me than lotion. I warm the butter with the heat from my fingers and spread it all over. It’s from a local Savannah business, Fusion,  which the owner gets 100% African Shea Butter. This butter I have is mixed with essential oils of Lavender and I have another mixed with Mint. If you want to know the benefits of Shea Butter, click here.

Last but not least, I have this wonderful Rosewater from Mario Badescu Skin Care. It has Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater. This spray is great in helping with the cooldown in Georgia heat. I use this day and night before my serum as an essence to lock in the moisture. It’s also great as a setting spray.

For those who want to know what this candle is, it’s from Bath and Body Works. This scent is Sweet Honey Bee, which is a great scent for summer. A little of this goes a long way, and the scent travels all over the house.

Any natural skin care favorites you have? Comment down below! I would love to hear your beauty favorites!

Be blessed,
